Shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands, within the EU so no import costs. Orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Delivery time: 1-2 working days (for Austria 2-3 days). Track & Trace code sent by email.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders to the Netherlands, we charge € 4.90 shipping costs. We ship orders for Club members for free.
How long does delivery take?
After shipping, you will usually receive your order within 1-2 working days. Orders placed on working days before 5:00 PM will be processed the same day.
From which country is my order shipped?
Your order is shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Because this is within the EU, you do not pay any extra import duties.
Can I track my order with a Track & Trace code?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email with which you can track the shipment at any time.
Are there any extra costs (customs, import duties)?
No. Because the Netherlands is within the European Union and we ship from the EU, you do not pay any customs fees or import duties. The price you see at checkout is the amount you pay - there are no unexpected costs upon delivery.
What is your return period?
You have 30 days to return your order, counted from the day you received your order. Products must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached.
Are return costs at my own expense?
Returning is free. You use the return label that you find with your order.
Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?
Yes. The easiest way is to return your current product and re-order the desired size or color, so that you reserve it immediately while stocks last.
