- Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition , unused and with all tags attached.
- If any information is missing, this may result in a delay in the processing of your return.

- All return conditions also apply to SALE items
💡 Exchange
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items via the webshop. The desired items can be reordered. This way, the items will be delivered to you the fastest.

Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg can return items free of charge via a DHL Parcelshop.
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation from us by email when we have received your return in good order.
Refunds

It may then take a few business days for this transaction to be processed by your bank. The amount is always refunded to the same account that was used to pay.
Damaged Items
Classification
An item is classified as broken or damaged if the item is broken or damaged upon receipt. In this case it can be returned and the item will be refunded.
