Returns Policy

Please follow the return policy, otherwise we can not accept your return. Returned items that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.

Return Policy

  • Returns are possible up to 30 days after receiving your order.
  • Please ensure that all returned items are in perfect condition , unused and with all tags attached.
  • If any information is missing, this may result in a delay in processing your return.
  • We are not responsible for damage, loss or theft of returned items.
  • All return conditions do not apply to SALE items.

Exchange

Unfortunately, it's not possible to exchange items through the webshop. You can reorder your desired items. This is the fastest way to get them to you.

Free Returns

Customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Luxembourg can return items free of charge via a DHL Parcelshop.

Add packing slip

Add the packing slip to your return package

Stick label

You can stick the enclosed address label over the old label of the package

UPS Parcelshop

Take the package to the nearest DHL point (www.dhlparcel.nl)

Keep evidence

Please keep your proof of shipment until you receive confirmation of return.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation from us by email when we have received your return in good order.

Refunds

📦Return received: Your return will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after receipt.

✉️Confirmation email : You will receive a confirmation email for this

🏭Processing: Returns are handled by our warehouse

💰Refund: Your money will be refunded within 5 business days after receiving your return.

🏦 Bank processing: It may take a few business days for your bank to process this transaction. The amount is always refunded to the same account used for payment.

Damaged Items

An item is classified as broken or damaged if it is broken or damaged upon receipt. In this case, it can be returned and a refund will be issued.

  • Please indicate in the comments field during the returns process what is wrong with the item. Our customer service team will do everything possible to find a suitable solution.
