What are the shipping costs?
For orders to the Netherlands, we charge € 4.90 for shipping. We ship orders from Club members for free.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, you will typically receive your order within 1-2 business days. We process orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM on the same day.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code that allows you to track your shipment at any time.
What is your return period?
You have 30 days to return your order, starting from the day you received it. Products must be returned unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
Are return costs at my own expense?
Returns are free. You use the return label that you find with your order.

The shirt is designed to be form-fitting, as this ensures optimal moisture wicking. If you normally wear a size L, choose L. If you are between sizes and prefer a looser fit, choose one size up.
How do I wash the thermal shirt?
Wash at 30 degrees on a delicate cycle, without fabric softener. Fabric softener seals the fibers and reduces moisture-wicking properties. Do not tumble dry; the shirt will be dry on the line within a few hours.
When will my order be delivered?
If you order before 5:00 PM, your package will be delivered the next working day.
Can I return the shirt?
Yes, returns are always free. You have a 30-day cooling-off period via Falcon customer service.
How does the set deal work?
Choose the set deal in the order block and select a size for both the shirt and the trousers. Both items will be added to your shopping cart together, instead of separately.
